WARRANTY POLICY

We offers warranty service for all products of Mien Nam Mechanical. Providing prompt responses, we continuously improve our after-sales service quality for customers so that you choose our products again.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The period of warranty is defined in Warranty certificate, start from the loading date and shall cover a period of 24 months with domestic orders and 12 months with international orders.

WARRANTY PROCESS

1. Within the warranty period, if you have any problems, please contact Customer Service to inform about machine s’ issues at Hotline 090.6789.839or ckmiennam2020@gmail.com
2. Customer service staff receive and process warranty notices.
3. We determine if the defect is under warranty.
4. With simple cases, we will send you equipment and support you online to replace by yourself. If you need more help, we will arrange technician(s) come to your factory to fix them.
